Privacy Policy

This page explains in plain words which data we process when you use icmimar.ai, why, and what your rights are.

2. What data we process

  • Account data: your name, e-mail address and password (the password is stored only by the authentication service, not in plain text), or, if you sign in with Google, the name and e-mail address of your Google account.
  • Room and fabric photos you upload in the studio.
  • The design images you generate and the products you choose; details you enter for a quote (e.g. window sizes).
  • Usage data: how many designs you generate (to count your free allowance and token use) and technical logs (IP address, browser details, error logs).
  • Visit statistics: a cookie-free counter running on our own server (page opened, referring site).
  • Your correspondence when you contact us by e-mail or phone.

3. Why we process it

  • To open your account and provide the design service: fitting the curtains you choose into your photo and keeping your designs under "My designs".
  • To count your free allowance and token use correctly.
  • Security: preventing misuse (request limits, session checks).
  • Understanding how the site is used, in numbers, to improve the service.
  • Answering your questions.

We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your data.

4. Legal basis

We process your data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG / FADP), for users in the EU under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and for users in Türkiye under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Our bases are: entering into and performing our contract with you (account and design service), our legitimate interest (security, visit statistics) and, where needed, your consent.

5. AI image generation and service providers

To generate a design image, the photo you upload and the images of the selected products are sent to the AI service provider we use for this. We also use providers for server hosting, database and authentication, and e-mail delivery. Some of these providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU (e.g. in the USA). Unless required by law, we share your data with no one else.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account data: for as long as your account exists.
  • Room photos, design images and "My designs": today they are not deleted automatically and are kept for as long as your account exists. If you want them deleted, write to info@aipyram.com; we will delete your photos and designs.
  • Design images are also saved in our internal image archive; this archive is not published anywhere automatically. Your deletion request also covers this archive.
  • A copy of your latest designs is kept in your browser storage (only on your device) so you can reopen them there; you can remove it by clearing your browser data.

7. Cookies

We only use what is necessary: a session cookie when you are signed in, and browser storage for studio settings and your latest designs. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in with Google, Google may use its own cookies.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for correction or deletion, object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent. Write to info@aipyram.com; we will reply after verifying your identity. You also have the right to complain: in Switzerland to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU to the data protection authority of your country, in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

We update this text when the service changes; the current date is shown at the top of the page.
