KVKK / GDPR Information Notice

This information notice has been prepared to inform users of the TRTEX Intelligence Terminal about the processing of their personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Identity data: First name, last name, username
Contact data: Email address, telephone (optional)
Corporate data: Company name, country, field of activity
Transaction security data: IP address, session information, cookie data
Commercial preference data: Followed tenders, areas of interest, search history

3. Purposes of Processing

Carrying out membership procedures and authentication
Providing a personalised B2B intelligence service
Providing tender matching and notification services
Protecting platform security and data integrity
Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations and our legitimate interests, within the framework of Article 5 KVKK and Article 6 GDPR.

5. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to our service providers (Supabase Inc., under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA), and our server hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH) and, where legally required, to competent public authorities and institutions. Your data is never shared with third-party marketing companies.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 KVKK and Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is processed
If it is processed, to request information about it
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
To request rectification if the data is processed incompletely or inaccurately
To request erasure or destruction of the data under Article 7 KVKK
To object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis exclusively by automated systems
